From start to finish I have been very impressed with this company. The lady in the office was very professional- explaining what I should expect and what the cost would be if I decided to use their services, The Pest Controller, Chris, phoned me from his vehicle confirming his expected time. When he arrived he was very professional - checking everything and explaining to me what the problem was, He didn’t mess about, he just got on with the job.Chris is returning next week to check the traps etc.I can certainly recommend Copleys and would go as far as suggesting they could teach a lot of other companies how to do business.

Could not fit me in that day but called back ten minutes later as office had managed to get in touch with an operative near to me. Came even earlier than scheduled. Has put down poison and re-assured me as to what will happen. Will write a later review when return visit has been made. So far so good. Friendly and empathetic with situation.

Chris called ahead of time and I also received an email to let me know when I can expect them, rather than just being left with a large window of time which means that you cant do anything else.He was super professional, reassuring and took care of the issue really quickly. I was able to pay buy card which meant that I didnt have to worry about drawing out loads of cash.

Fast, efficient, and excellent service from James at Copley Pest Solutions.Called to discuss the two wasps nests we had on a Friday afternoon, James attended at the time advised the following afternoon, calling ahead of his arrival, and within a few hours of treatment the wasps from both nests were gone and have not returned. Highly recommend.

We are long term renters, I dont normally even use weed killer so was anxious about the process but angry wasps were disturbing mine and my neighbours pets and starting to come in our home, our youngest very scared of wasps so my husband rang around for a reasonable price as letting agency did not feel obliged to help.Paul was really very informative and the process was so quick and efficient with no disruption to the house at all.He was so friendly and helpful.Would definitely use copleys again. Our plasterer got stung by wasps while pulling plaster from a wall leading to roofspace. I rang Copley Pest Solutions after seeing the reviews. Very friendly and helpful response on the telephone, with a very reasonable price quoted. Brandon came the next day and rang half an hour beforehand to let us know he was on his way. Very friendly but also professional and efficient. We've not seen any wasps since then. I would not hesitate to use Copley Pest Solutions again.

We had some problems with bedbugs in the house and used sprays and smoke bombs but it didn’t eliminate them entirely. We decided to call a professional to help and after reading lots of feedbacks on line and comparing the costs we decided to use Copley’s service. James and Joe both were very professional, listened to our concerns and explained the process so we knew we were in good hands. Communication with customer services were superb and effective. Highly recommended. Only one small thing, as one of the feedbacks mentioned, our first phone call was cut off when the person was taking our information and that was around 8pm. We called the next day during the normal business hours and it was picked up promptly and went smoothly.

Paul treated our wasps nest. He arrived when he said he would. It was located in a very difficult position- on the house roof above a sloping garage roof. We thought it might need scaffolding to get to it, but Paul managed to hook a ladder through our upstairs window and managed to treat the wasps nest effectively. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

It was very quick service as someone came to help us with the problem the same day it was reported. James and Paul helped us with our rat problem. On the first visit James identified the areas where the rats were quickly and efficiently. He put down traps and poison. They were discreet and hidden away so no danger to kids/pets. Within hours there was results with one of the rats being caught in the trap. He also identified the main entry point that they were using to access the house. A week later Paul came for the second visit where he removed the body, traps and poison so we didn’t have to. Overall we are very happy with the service and didn’t imagine it would be so effective so quickly. Both James and Paul were also friendly and reassuring to us during this stressful time.

I had the pleasure of having Dan, the exceptional pest control man, come to deal with a wasp nest in our home, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. I had noticed high wasp activity around the outside of my lounge window. On further examination I could see that the wasps were entering the wall above the window through a small gap in the grouting. I rang Copley Pest Solutions immediately to see if they could help me. I spoke to a polite and very sympathetic gentleman called David who arranged for a technician to call the same day. In fact James, the technician, arrived within one hour. James quickly and professionally got on with the job and soon there was no sign of any wasps around my lounge window. Before he left James gave me all the information I needed about possible necessary follow action etc. I am a happy and satisfied customer.

Brandon was excellent. Friendly chap, knew what he was doing and saved me a ton of money by not charging me for unnecessary work that wasn't needed (that other companies would have charged me for). Had a proper assessment of loft in order to obtain a quote for blocking up and proofing holes to stop rats getting in from the adjoining loft of the neighbour. Overall very pleased with the service!

I called Copley when I was very frightened by what I thought was going on inside my house, a visit was planned for the best day. Joe arrived promptly and was very reassuring and explained everything he was doing. The next visit was planned before he left so I knew what to expect.Today, we received follow up from Dave and Paul, they were extremely knowledgeable, very thorough in their approach and we appreciated their honesty with what we might be doing wrong. When I called Copley’s they were very helpful and friendly both in person and over the phone. The technician, Neil, arrived quickly and also called to give me a time frame before his arrival. He was friendly and dealt with the problem thoroughly, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. I called Copley Pest Solutions UK on 30.12.22 and spoke to Ellen who was absolutely amazing, she was reassuring which helped enormously because I was so worried about having mice in my cavity walls. An appointment was made for the very next day bearing in mind it was the Christmas holidays.I was so relieved because I didn't want to wait until after New Year's.The next day Paul the technician turned up at the time which he was expected and was absolutely fantastic. Had a wasp nest on my flat roof, somehow the nest still survived in the middle of December and after loads of frost, they had started to flood the house. I cant remember the guys name that came, but he was amazing, checked through the house, listened to what u had to say about where they were coming in, treated the nest and talked me through what he was using and how it would affect the nest. Fingers crossed in a couple of weeks every last one of them will be gone. Also assured me its protected for up to 5 years so no need to remove the nest. Very friendly and quick. Really happy with the efficency.

A thoroughly professional and efficient service. Neil phoned 20 minutes before his arrival, asked a range of sensible questions and made suggestions based on the information gathered, offering alternative solutions, dependent on what he found when he inspected the loft.He thoroughly inspected the roof space, keeping up a running commentary on what he found and his conclusions. He was informative and knowledgeable, demonstrating his obvious expertise and experience.He identified the potential “run” and entry point, setting and baiting traps for both squirrels and rats, since there was a possibility that both were involved.Everything was thoroughly explained in a professional, friendly and clear manner and the next steps were arranged with a minimum of fuss.All in all, a service which I would happily recommend to others. We now await the results with “baited breath”!

He arranged another visit for the following week during which he then sealed the openings and sanitised the loft area. He is returning again for a third time to check everything is okay. Really impressed with our technician Neil, within a minute of arriving he’d spotted wasps on the roof, and found the nest almost immediately once he was in the roof space.He was very professional and had it sorted within 30 minutes!Really impressed, they were able to turn up same day, rang when they were on their way and even provided a tracking link so we could see when they had arrived. Great company, got a quote last week and they gave me all the info I needed. They came nice and early in the morning and called me to let me know they were on the way and I was also able to track them. Everything was explained to me and I wasn't rushed with my questions. Making the payment was easy and the two men that visited were really friendly and professional. Robert described in detail how the insecticide would work and assured me that there would be no bad smell or problems with us sleeping here tonight. Paul arrived on time and was very friendly and polite. He checked the garden to find any openings also the kitchen area and showed me where the rodents were coming from. After placing down poison for the rodents he advised me to contact my landlord as the holes through the wall were not covered how they should be. Another appointment was quickly arranged for the extermination. Overall, I am very happy with Paul’s service he also made my daughter smile by showing us his beautiful dog. Was recommended this business by a fellow specialist. They responded to my call on a Sunday and Paul was out promptly on the next day. He made a thorough inspection and laid bait on all the likely places. The problem seems fully resolved and he checked everything out carefully on the follow up visit. We thought we had bed bugs so we called Copley who confirmed they were happy to come out and have a look for us for free! They explained the treatment plan and the costs involved if I we did have them. When Paul came to have a look he was so professional and explained everything in detail. Paul was happy that we didn't have any and told us what to look out for in future. I was worried that if we didn't have them, the would just say we did to get our our money, but it wasn't like that at all. We will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Another company came in and put bait down and just left, which didn’t work, Copley on the other hand came and did a thorough survey and inspection to try and find where they were coming into the house and where from, they put some bait down under the house and when they came back they could see that it had been taken. I’ve been so anxious, as you can’t see the rats but you can hear them in the walls and the damage they’ve done, but Copley have made me feel so much better with their knowledge and advice and that they’ve not just left me to it. I’ve got them booked in to come and do a thorough clean and sanitisation for me as well which is a service no other pest control company seems to offer.”
